Returns + Exchanges
Generally I cannot accept refunds or exchanges on regular and customized accessories due to their delicate nature. For this reason please ensure to read well all descriptions and take note of measurements and colors to avoid any inconvenience.
I accept refunds or exchanges if an item arrive at your destination damaged. Please email me via contact page within 48hrs after receiving the goods with a picture proving the damage so I can start an investigation with the postal service. After certificate the damage, I will refund the value of the goods minus the shipping cost.
If a parcel return back to Stella Ann since are provided an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional costs for a further shipment. The cost of the item are not refunded so please check carefully the address provided.
